Facilities Management

Anglo American Educational Services has been managing residential and academic facilities for over thirty five years and is a wholly owned division of The Lowy Group. As a result of the Hotel background and the service that Hotel guests expect, AAES offers a service far greater than what the University would normally expect or recieve from a Management Company.

For Institutions that wish to procure their own premises AAES will:

• Fully assist in the location of a suitable property, taking into account it's individual requirements.
• Manage the development and refurbishment of the property.
• Assume the responsibilty for managing the property year round, to include maintenance, cleaning, staffing and advising the University at all times on matters such as Health & Safety, security & emergency procedures.
• Negotiate and enter into Service Contracts, raise Purchase Orders and approve Invoices for payment.
• Meet the service demands from the students whilst living at the property.
• Assist the University to generate income during periods when students are not in occupation.
